Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags must remain attached
• Product must be returned in its original packaging

• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items may not be eligible for exchange.
• Products that have been used, washed, or had their tags removed are not eligible.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed
