When will I get my order?

**Step 2: Shipping (5–6 business days)** Once your order is ready, it is handed over to the courier. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment it leaves our warehouse. Delivery typically takes 5–6 business days.
return and exchange policy
Can I return my order for a refund?
We do not offer cash refunds for changes of mind. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will issue a return in the form of Store Credit. This credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on any item in our shop.
How long do I have to request an exchange?
Timing is key! If you would like to exchange your item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Due to the custom nature of our process, we cannot accept exchange requests after this 24-hour window has passed.
