Exchange & Return Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Unboxing Video Required: A clear, continuous video of the package being opened is mandatory for all exchange or return requests. The video should begin before opening the sealed package and clearly show the product and its condition. Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchange: Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items: Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are returned without original tags and packaging will not be eligible for exchange or return.
